In addition to the two Lundtofte Boldklub teams, 9 other teams played in Boys 2010 C. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Lundtofte Boldklub 2 could be found in Group A together with Boldklubben Vestia, BK Friheden and Hönö IS 2.
Lundtofte Boldklub 2 made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Vanløse Idræts Forening with 1-3.
