In addition to the two Nærbø - fotball teams, 5 other teams played in Boys 2008. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Nærbø IL - fotball IL could be found in Group A together with Hittarps IK 10 and Slangerup & Omegn IF.
Nærbø IL - fotball IL made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Hittarps IK 10, which they won with 3-0.
