Silver medal! Reached second place in Playoff A
In addition to Boldklubben 1903, 7 other teams played in Boys 2016 A. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Boldklubben 1903 could be found in Group B together with Hvidovre Idrætsforening, Rudersdal Boldklub 1 and Hørsholm-Usserød IK.
