Brede IF was one of 110 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Kronborg Cup 2024. They participated with two teams in Boys 2015 B and Girls 2009/10 B 8v8 respectively. The team in Girls 2009/10 B 8v8 made it to the the Bronze match in Playoff A, but lost it against Nivå-Kokkedal FK by 0-3.
In addition to this, Brede IF have participated in Kronborg Cup before. During Kronborg Cup 2023, Brede had two teams playing in Boys 2015 A and Boys 2014 C respectively. The team in Boys 2014 C made it to the the Final in Playoff A, but lost it against Brønshøj Boldklub 1 by 0-3. Brede comes from Kgs.Lyngby which lies approximately 28 km from Helsingør, where Kronborg Cup takes place. The area around Kgs.Lyngby does also provide 106 additional clubs participating during Kronborg Cup 2024 (Among others: Ramløse IF, Borsholm-Skibstrup IF, Værløse BK, Helsingør IF Fodbold, Lundtofte Boldklub, Taastrup FC, Herlev IF, Brødeskov IF, Frederikssund IK and Espergærde IF).
