In addition to Frem Hellebæk, 19 other teams played in Boys 2013 B. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Frem Hellebæk could be found in Group A together with Frederikssund IK, Christianshavns Idræts Klub and Vanløse Idræts Forening 2.
Frem Hellebæk continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 5-6, but lost it against Boldklubben Vestia 2Vestia 2 with 0-1.
