In addition to Allerød Fodbold Klub, 19 other teams played in Boys 2012 B. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Allerød Fodbold Klub FK could be found in Group D together with Furesø Bold Akademi, Ramlösa Södra IF svart and Kastrup Boldklub.
Allerød Fodbold Klub FK continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 5-6, but lost it against Boldklubben Skjold with 1-5. In the Final, Vestegnens bold akademi won over Boldklubben Skjold and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 2012 B. Allerød Fodbold Klub also participated in Boys 2012 A during Kronborg Cup 2022.
