In addition to Rosenhøj BK, 19 other teams played in Boys 2013 B. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Rosenhøj BK could be found in Group B together with Espergærde IF, Dragør Boldklub and Vanløse Idræts Forening 1.
Rosenhøj BK continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 5-6, but lost it against Boldklubben Stefan with 0-2.
