In addition to Taastrup FC, 17 other teams played in Boys 2012 B. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Taastrup FC could be found in Group C together with Ølstykke FC, BK Friheden and Sundby Boldklub.

Taastrup FC continued to Playoff D after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Boldklubben Hellas with 1-2. In the Final, Boldklubben Hellas won over AC Amager Academy and became the winner of Playoff D in Boys 2012 B.
