In addition to Ølstykke FC, 23 other teams played in Boys 2010 B. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ølstykke FC could be found in Group E together with GIF Nike Röd, Allerød Fodbold Klub and Ørestad IF.

Ølstykke FC continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Bagsværd BK with 4-5. In the Final, Hillerød Fodbold U12 B won over IF Skjold Birkerød and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 2010 B.
