In addition to Boldklubben Vestia, 17 other teams played in Boys 2011 C. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Boldklubben Vestia could be found in Group A together with Dragør Boldklub, Nødebo IF and Holbæk B&I HBI.
Boldklubben Vestia made it to Playoff C after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Nivå-Kokkedal FK, which they won with 3-1.
